What kills me is that no matter how carefully it was explained, he just didn't get it.
BTW: Now that we're geographically closer and I'm not chewing my hair with job frustration, you need to email me a fresh list of cartridges you need for the collection... I seem to recall .44-40 and .38-40 were on the list...
